It's exciting to go off to school. I'm sure all of you will remain tight friends. It's all about making the effort to stay in touch.

You'll also be meeting some amazing people in the next few years and that's something to look forward to.

I love Cedar Point, I haven't been there in a while, it's always a blast.

You know, I used to run an AIDS charity...back when this movie came out and I made the entire board of directors go see it. We were already working to better the lives of people with AIDS...and to do what we could to fight the discrimination they continue to face to this day, but this movie moved even the toughest of people on the board to tears.

I find it diplorable what your school did. I'm sorry you went through that and even more sorry that your teacher was denied the opportunity to teach you all one of the most improtant lessons you could learn in this life.

Sadly, this kind of thing happens all too often in life.

Keep standing up for what you believe in...that's how we change the world.

Random but I met my ex hubby at a Psychedelic Furs show in the early 80's. Haven't thought about that in years.

"Now, with Stephen, however, there are three categories of his lies: things he says that he thinks are true, things he exaggerates, & things that are straight up bullshit. Sometimes it's hard to distinguish."
Phear the powers of my quote box!

Geez, My brother is like this. Conversations usually follow that exact same order. First someone tells him something, or he hears a rumour. With very little evidence to support it he decides that it is the absolute and infallible truth. He then goes and spreads this "truth" and if anyone brings up a counter to it, he exaggerates to make his "truth" seem more appealing or real. If you fail to swing to his side he gets upset. Like seriously offended that you don't drop your beliefs, no matter how much backing yours has and adopt his, that he starts to just straight out lie. He'll just make shit up. All in the course of one conversation.

I don't know whether he actually believes that his "truth" is so infallible that he thinks that it's ok to make stuff up since there must certainly be info out to support it, or if he is just a brat who can't stand to be wrong or be bothered with actually looking things up to form informed opinions. I mean... everyone is biased towards other views to some degree, no one wants to be wrong but there is usually a point when most people think "what if they are right?" I hate being wrong but I'm not going lie, lying isn't going to suddenly make my views "right". I just don't understand the reason for it.

The cinema at my university just did a showing of Rocky Horror. Pirates of the Caribbean played right before. It let out, and families with their children walk outside to witness the lineup of transvestites waiting to get inside. It was a pretty funny thing. I wasn't there, but I wish I was.

Aww...I'm so sorry. We recently had to put down my cat cause she was getting really sick. My dad found her on the street when I was little so it was a really hard day. Not 3 weeks after putting her to sleep our other and oldest cat died as well.
    Hope you feel better.

That's serioulsy lame. You can't text-message anything serious really. In my opinion, there are certain things that should only be said face to face.

In response to your comment on my blog:

Yes. Like. I refused to believe that my friend actually enjoyed me until he was like "Mollie. I enjoy your presence. I care about you and want you to be happy, don't you see that?" I was like "Awwwwwwwwww." None of my other friends like, show me that...you know? Like, I guess we've been friends for a long time but still...I don't know.

My friend was broken up via text yesterday. It was sad.

We bought her a large cupcake.

A certain episode of 'Sex and the City' comes to mind just now.... That's just cruel and unusual. How spineless can you get, seriously?

Text-message break-ups are the lowest of the low. It's even worse than breaking up over the phone or via e-mail.

That's sad. Maybe he needs a friend who can listen to him talk all day long...you should get him a puppy.
