I bought a $1500 brand new Dell computer exactly ONE month ago. Two days ago, I try to turn it on, and it won't. Called Dell, they said that it's a virus, call McAfee. Okay, I called McAfee, they said it's not a virus, it's a hardware problem, call Dell. By this time, I've been on the phone for about FOUR HOURS! So I take a break and go have dinner.
