The Official AFI Message Board and Despair Faction community site is proud to announce the debut of the Blog feature for all Despair Faction members!

This is your own personal part of the AFI/DF board. You are free to use it how you wish, as as long as you respect the venerable Guidelines when you post entries and when you comment on the entries by other members. Take a quick look at those if it has been a while and you'll be ready to go. Non-DF members may participate by leaving comments on blog entries.

You may learn more about how to use the blog right here although we think it is fairly self-explanatory. Let us know if that is not the case.

Some suggestions regarding how you might use this new, DF-exclusive feature for things both AFI-related and not:

* Recounting concert experiences
* Show off your AFI collections
* Creative writing of virtually all types
* Random thoughts or daily journaling
* Speculation or theorizing regarding unexplained media phenomena (???)
* New music you have heard or bands you are excited about
* Anything you'd like to share that doesn't quite warrant a new thread on the board

...and the list could go on. We look forward to what you decide to share, and please -- enjoy!
