So, I'm just cuddling with my girl while we listen to Tegan and Sara right? She started crying, and I asked her why about a thousand times before she said that it was stupid and she should be over it by now. I asked her who, she cried harder. I asked her again, she said "you know who". My mind went right to Amelia, her ex, who she broke up with me for very early in our relationship. She said she was over Amelia, and I believed her, but after what she just said, my heart broke and I started crying. She tried to kiss me, I backed away and sat up, then walked to the other side of the room to get my thoughts together. I was pissed, and when she came over and hugged me all I could say was "I believed you, dammit." She looked at me, super confused, and said "what?" I was still pissed, so I didn't say anything else but "I believed you" over and over again. She said "Baby, who do you think I'm talking about?"

It was at this point that 3 things happened.

1) I realized she was talking about her grandma, who died last december

2) She realized I was talking about Amelia

3) We both started crying even harder and hugged.
