Meri's 18th birthday is today, finally. The poor girl is the youngest, so either she gets left out of some of our ridiculous plans or we have to wait for her. She was so excited to finally be legal haha. I messaged her right at midnight, too, to wish her a happy birthday.

The next big one is Nolan's 21st in November, & then gradually Meri will either get left out of the bar scene, or she'll get him to buy her alcohol.

In other news, I got to see Dark Knight Wednesday night, since Meri's working at a movie theater & they had a private showing. I loved it. It's my new favorite movie now. I am a little disappointed I missed out on a midnight screening, though, just because Meri said a guy came in in full Joker gear & cackled as everyone left the theater. She said it was hilarious. But the pros outweigh the cons: I saw it for free before most other people. I just need to take Brandon's ticket stub to buy myself nice shirts & things at Hot Topic, since it's 10% with your ticket stub.
