A girl from my school died in a car wreck on Friday.

The scene of the crash took place right up the street from where I live, RIGHT UP THE STREET. Seriously, all you have to do to get there is go past Lamping Elementary, turn left, head up towards Anthem, go past the entrance to Anthem and turn right onto Grand Hills Drive. I didn't know Olivia personally, but I wish that I had, I've been told that she was a very kind person and was just a great human being. I have friends who knew her, thus this has impacted me as well. It's so sad. Today was so hard to get through. Everyone wore black, and a lot of people had to go see the grief counselors that had been brought in. I'll definitely be going to the memorial tomorrow at Palm Mortuary.

It just shows you how short life really is, and how quickly it can be taken away from you.

    A kid from the next town over died in a car accident last week. IT was really tragic. He was on the way home from playing a show with his band. He and the guitar player were in one vehicle with the equipment and the other guys were in another. They hit a deer, flipped four or five times and were ejected from the car. He was killed instantly and the guitarist has a broken leg and pelvis.

    The other guys passed the wreckage, too.

    Everyone who knew the kid say he was really nice. I'd seen him around but didn't know him. I wish I had, too.
