What do you do when a coworker doesn't.. work?

I work a very easy work study job in the Career Services office on campus. We get paid minimum wage, but aren't asked to do much at all and it's really convenient just working on campus. I've been there a little over a year and we keep hiring new students who just don't do anything at all.

Today all of the permanent staff had to go to a Christmas party on another floor, meaning the three student workers would be left to watch the office for the last hour. As soon as everybody left, one of the new kids left with his (I'm pretty sure) boyfriend. Ten minutes before the office closed, he came in, got his stuff, and then left. Admittedly, it wasn't like we had much to do, but I hate the fact that he thought it was an okay thing to do. I checked his time card and he signed out for the closing time instead of when he actually left to do whatever he did.

It'd be different if it was an isolated incident, but he locks himself in empty offices and sleeps for his entire shift and somehow the staff never notices. I've never actually seen him do any work. It's just so frustrating. Do I bring up concerns with my boss or just let this go? I don't want to be 'that person' but it's really frustrating.

Bring it up with your boss but make sure you don't seem like you're tattling, you know?
