Husband and I are now homeowners, having acquired a cool old house in a nearby suburb. What really sold me on it though were the shed by the garage (keep gardening and lawn care stuff in it), the well in back (save on water bills when watering the yard), and an all-weather gazebo! (Hello entertaining!)

First things first: we need to get a washing machine as the house currently doesn't have one.

I'm both extremely excited but very nervous at the same time. Perhaps my fortune is about to turn around.
