The aftermath of a piercing

Rate this Entry
So about a week ago (?) maybe a little more, I got my tragus pierced as evidenced by the photo below.

And let me be the first to say I love it already. It was great, Justin did a brilliant job, I am very happy. The people I went with (Madi and Elena) also got pierced. Madi got her conch done and Elena her tongue. Overall, a very awesome trip into Vic.

I also went shopping and bought a Killers shirt for $6 as well as an emo carebear shirt - CHECK THIS SHIT OUT, IT'S FUCKING AMAZING:

a keychain with birds and winter trees on it, a shirt with a radio on it, a leather cuff, two books, and the like. Fun trip.

On the downside, my horse turned up lame again yesterday, just as he was finishing up the recovery time for his tendon injury. ARGH!

I still love your tragus piercing. It's fantastic.

Hey, when I turn sixteen and can get pierced without my mum's permission, we'll have to go into Victoria for a piercing trip! Amongst other insanities.

Man, I just can't get a tragus piercing. I've convinced myself it would hurt in a way I can't imagine. Bah.

    Thanks guys!

And Katie., it wasn't all that painful (for me anyway). I'd heard all these horror stories about how much it hurt. One person I know compared it to the time he got hit by a Mac truck and had six broken ribs and a fractured collarbone. Another person I know said hers didn't hurt at all. Mine didn't hurt; it was just funny feeling.
