Hate to ask this question for the third time, but anyone have any advice on what time I should get to the venue?

And I heard someone mention seating, is this for certain tickets or just based on what time you get there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have never been to this venue and am going with a rather large group that is counting on me to get some info.

Seating is only in the balcony, first come first serve. It is all general admission, you can go to the balcony or the floor. As for how early it depends on where you want to be, the show is sold out and the Riv is a pretty intimate venue, I plan on getting there pretty early.

Yeah, I will definitely pay attention. I ended up with 2x $50 tickets when I was in San Francisco this summer, both within 24hrs of eachother. Soooo lame.

e: Just landed in Salt Lake, re-departing soon. Its been almost 4 years since I last flew anywhere. Turns out I'm not terribly fond of it. :[

It's been awhile since I've been uptown. Does anyone know how much parking is around there. I know there are SOME streets that don't require passes or meters off of Sheridan but those are few and far between. Garages were expensive last time i was up that way. Anyone have accurate amounts so I know how much to bring?

Well, I am kinda interested in either the balcony seating or pretty close to the stage.

The journey has begun. Kelly picked me up and we are safely in Winona now. I still don't know if she's kidnapping me or not, but it's a step. Four and a half hours to Chicago tomorrow. It's going to fly by.
