That's because your biggest venue is 750 capacity and the only booking co. I know in Syracuse is run by some pretty unintelligent people based on what I've seen. They don't think they can draw bands that play larger venues, when in reality it's pretty simple. But don't count on 'Cuse for AFI because of the booking company. My girlfriend goes to school in 'Cuse, so I'm sure I'll see a show there soon enough so I get an idea of the scene or whatever-but they seem to be into some pretty horrible music for the most part in 'Cuse, too. No offense.
The Clifton Park show back in Oct was the first time I'd seen AFI since the Rancid/Distillers/AFI tour in 2000, and they still sounded good--set was a lot different, but yeah. It'd be nice to see AFI hit the East Coast again, I'm definitely willing to travel for almost any show from DC as far North as Portland, ME.

I'd say they'd play Buffalo if they did upstate NY again though, that's only 2 hours from 'Cuse.
