Unfortunately this kind of thing is not uncommon where I live. Similar incidents have happened a few times over the years. Still, doesn't change the tragedy of the matter.
This is so sad. But there's someone to blame behind this, not the child. He's 3, he doesn't know the true effects of a gun, and people shouldn't leave them in plain sight for kids to just grab.
