I bet she's decent looking and all the comments are from dudes trying to get with her and her fellow binge-drinking girlfriends.

But anyway. I knew this kid, right? He was driving home drunk from a concert one night with his girlfriend or something. Well, he ended up passing out behind the wheel, or falling asleep or something, and he drove himself right into the back of an 18-wheeler. He died, but the girl lived.

I knew this other kid. He was driving home after a 4th of July party while drunk, and he collided with a car head on. He ended up killing four people in that car and himself. They say they were still cleaning up pieces of him the next day... just saying. I know that's sick, but it's reality.

I really don't understand people who drive while under an influence, or distracted. I've put off learning to drive because I'm infamously unobservant and the thought of me driving around a big ol' death machine is pretty scary. I can't imagine being drunk and thinking it's appropriate to get behind the wheel. Especially when they even admit that they're drunk but "OK to drive". I could understand if maybe they didn't feel the alcohol at all (I was drunk all of one time, but didn't realize it), but. . .yeah. People. Bleh.
I have a tumblr dedicated to my being an epic dork.

This guy and girl I went to high school with were drinking and stuff at a party and they went driving on the highway. He crashed into a little gate thing coming off the highway and killed the girl. He didn't even call 911. He called his girlfriend. He went to prison but only for like 2 years. The girl's mom is the head of MADD in southwest missouri now.

The same. I'm 23 and can't drive because it scares me too much. Especially now that I live in Vegas.

I have family members with DUI's and friends. I understand where some people feel they are sober enough to get in the car, but I just think it's completely ignorant. If I have had a sip of a beer, I won't drive.

My buddy last week told me he drove home after having AMF's all night. He said he was going to call me but felt bad because it was late.

I sure would have felt bad if he had killed himself or a family..

My aunt was killed by a drunk driver when I was eleven. I used to be very bitter about that but, I understand now that when you're drunk it impairs your judgement and cognition. This is in no way an excuse for driving drunk. All I'm saying is that is one of the main reasons it happens.

This is a good reference for understanding exactly whats happening at different levels of intoxication.

So, I'm marching up to your gates today. To throw my lonely soul away.

Guys, you shouldn't be afraid of driving. It's a great way to get places.
And I'll still drive if I've had a couple beers. That's no big deal.

^But, see, it can be. You, clearly, can hold your alcohol. Other people could take the same amount and be out of their head. I'm personally against any and all drunk driving, because when one can't think straight they are in absolutely no condition to get behind the wheel of ANYTHING. Now, this is the opinion of a somewhat militant straight edger, not to mention that my cousin has been seriously injured (along the lines of not walking for a few months) and I've had a friend die due to a drunk driver (who, by the way, was hardly sentenced because he had friends in high places... what the fuck?). Still, it is my personal opinion that if somebody has had alcohol in basically any volume, STAY THE FUCK OUT OF A CAR. The only exception I'll give is people like you that know your limit and can still be in coherent condition after a beer or two.

I've gotten drunk and drove once, on the way home I passed five cops and none of them pulled me over. To this day I wish they had, I was selfish and I should have never done it. Plus after that I realized that I needed to stop drinking as much as I used to, especially since alcoholism runs in my family. Every now and then I'll drink a beer or a rum and coke, but I pretty much never get drunk anymore.

Question though, a friend of mine was shitfaced and got really pissed when I took his keys and told him I would never get in a car with him while he was drunk, he then called me a hypocrite because I drank and drove that one time. Does this really make me a hypocrite? Something I've always wondered.

Haha you would think so right? But nope she's not even decent looking. She's an older lesbian with a short hair cut that lives with her mom and dad still. But anyway...now she's saying she will never drink again till 2013.She's sticking straight to weed only.
