I enjoyed the afi/death by stereo/blood brothers stops.

Speaking of openers, it still bothers me to this day that I wasn't a fan around the time of the AFI / Coheed & Cambria tour in 2003 (?). I love both bands dearly and I can hardly fathom how amazing of a show that was/would be.
Those shows were really good. Each band showcase different types of music, but C&C's III and STS were also really atmospheric, so they meshed well together. Also, at the time, C&C wasn't doing the fucking 30-minute jam wank shit yet, so that was rad. To be honest, I liked Coheed's sets better than AFI's on that tour. Last time I saw C&C, it was fucking awful.
Ah I forgot about that tour standing outside in the rain in San bernardino back in 03 was amazing memories I'm glad I have.

Wasn't there an AFI/Rancid/Distillers tour at some point? For Art of Drowning maybe? I would have loved to have seen that...
my favorite tour partners for AFI were saosin and tiger army when i saw AFI in SF at the bill graham a few years ago. that show was awesome.
