HECK YES! I love this show, haha. I found it hard for myself to get into because of all the changes from the original series, but now I love it. I really like the 1920s theme and steampunk aspects. I also like the plot of the story with the revolution and equalists. It sort of reminds me of the marxists and the whole unions ordeal of the industrial revolution. Plus the characters are very likeable and Amon is shrouded in mystery. The humor in the show is great too.

Almost everyone I know watches and adores it, and the Korra fanbase is really funny.
I still don't know if I like it better than the original. They're both so different that it's hard to compare.

Yeah. I remember reading somewhere that the creators planned the series to run two seasons; the first being 12 episodes, and the second being 14.
So it's super short in comparison to TLA.
