    I also have about as much rhythm as a hippo on a boat, so I don't know if that affects the Zumba thing at all.

    If I was a torrenter I may have theoretically torrented the Zumba Exhilarate DVDs. But I am not so I gladly paid almost $100 for them. But if in some alternate universe I did torrent the DVD files which you're supposed to burn to to a DVD, but I would have right clicked on each DVD folder and opened with VLC media player without having to pay a cent, I would still say that those DVDs are worth the money because I've gotten awesome results.

    I started playing the Wii game first, which prepared me for what was to come, but I think the Wii game is actually more difficult than the beginning DVDs because there are no verbal cues.

    I do the DVDs every morning before I eat, and I've probably been doing them for about 3 or 4 weeks. I've lost some fat in the places where I most wanted to lose it, my arms, hips, and belleh. I've also got some abs, I am pleased.

    I have okay rhythm, but before Zumba I considered myself to be poor at any sort of ethnic dance, or anything meant to be sexy or graceful. I'm significantly better now, but that just means I can do the dances without taking out anyone in the process while looking almost decent while doing it.

    Have a full bottle of water near you while doing it, and prepare to RUSH to that bottle for a sip once a song finishes because the breaks are like 5 seconds long. And you're going to sweat. A lot. Like.... Buckets.

    I wish I wasn't so self conscious than I'd probably enjoy zumba.

    I loved cardio kickboxing even though I felt like I was dead after it. I'd probably like zumba.

    Hahahaha. This was amusing. I'm seriously considering this, though I'm wondering if I'll have enough room in my dorm room to do this without breaking at least a few things. But god, after doing P90X for a while I swore I would never touch exercise videos again. I hope this is more fun ;_;

    I just did my first Zumba class today! I only lasted 30 min and I was laughing at myself the whole time, but once the dizziness and nausea wore off I was damn proud of myself! LOL

    P.S. I pay $25 per month for a gym membership to take the classes along with Zumba. However, there are a ton of churches and community centers in my area that offer free classes so it is worth a try for those of you who are looking for free Zumba to see if the same is offered in your area.

    Yeah, I don't know if I have the courage to go to an actual class, haha. Would you recommend any specific DVDs?

    If I can manage to do Zumba in a single dorm room in Japan that's six feet wide and maybe 12 to 14 feet long, I think you'll be able to do it.

    I tried when I was still going to Curves, and apparently I just cannot take instruction, at all. I kept doing the opposite of what I was supposed to be doing. I did the same thing when I got a demo for my XBox. Arrgghh.
