Weird Dreams with A.F.I.

Haha I had one a couple nights ago where AFI were making a music video for, I believe, Miseria Cantare. Davey was the only one there, and I think it's because the other character slots were filled by people from Lord of The Rings. There was an intense battle with sword fighting and everything, and even the elephants from the last movie. And Davey was sitting next to me at one point. I like the Lord of The Rings movies, got bored when I was reading the books, but I don't get how it relates to AFI. 'Cause I definitely prefer music over movies haha. It was kind of a cool dream anyway though

I just finally remembered some dream years ago... Otherwise, my last AFI dream was about 3 years ago (The one of Jade and a few Asians being ninjas). They are REALLY weird.

I just remembered I was in this weird room. I can't recall much. But I decided to lay down on my belly on this bed. The room was also cluttered and dim. I remember that. Then, all of a sudden, something lays on top of my back and it freaked me out. I looked back and it was Davey laying on his belly on top of my back. Then he smiles at me, and I turn my head back around scared as hell like "What the fuck?" Don't get me wrong. I am obsessed with drawing that guy and he looks so beautiful with his long hair (This dream was the Sing the Sorrow era), but I do not want Davey on top of me, especially by surprise. And well, the weight got lighter on my back, and I turn around and it was my cat, Sasha. I don't know. I think he turned into my cat.

Oh, and years ago, I had a couple nightmares of Davey too with his purple hair (I'll find the picture of him that gave me nightmares later). It was the night after seeing this one picture that scarred me. Anyway, I wake up and I get my ankles grabbed and I get chased by him in a clown suit, knife and all. And oddly, I remember at some point while running across the desert, I realized I was naked. I think I woke up with clothes on, but then my clothes were gone all of a sudden (I hate dreams of being naked in front of people. I always feel embarrassed). Second dream was freakier and it was like about a week later I don't recall right now. There's blood everywhere in my house. I go into our outside bathroom (I lived in a desert). I remember parts and all. Well, I remember in the bath tub of blood, this person popped out of it and I couldn't make out who it was really. I ran away and then I am looking back and I got Davey the clown chasing me again. Oh, and I forgot to say, I got killed in both dreams.

I hardly ever get good dreams when it comes to celebrities.

Years later, I told someone about the dream, and an artist drew a killer clown Davey...

I've had several very strange AFI dreams over the years, but this one is most recent, from a couple of nights ago.

Davey and my boyfriend, Devon (Devvy, if you will lol), became fused... They shifted back and forth between each other in different parts of the dream. Anyway, AFI was touring and they were about to release a new music video which Davey wanted to keep really secret. We were on a rooftop and he was rewatching it, just about to launch it when all of a sudden a shitload of press popped up out of nowhere and began trying to tape the music video and yelling at Davey, asking him for comments. He got really pissed off and so did I. I then began to smash equipment, breaking cameras and throwing people off the roof.
Cut to being inside his apartment. Black leather couches, immaculate white carpet, red lighting. He was reclining, and thanked me for before. I smiled. Then, I noticed that his wings tattoo had disappeared. I asked him what happened to them and felt the deepest sadness at their absence. He just closed his eyes.
We were on the rooftop again, and I was on his shoulders. We were almost tipping over the edge as we looked at the city. We noticed a tiger stalking the pavement below, but didn't think much of it. In fact, it seemed pretty normal.

So last night I dreamed that AFI was associated with the "era of 1985", which is weird because I don't think such an era by that name exists. Also, they were really really famous, like pasted on billboards and books and brochures everywhere. And in the dream I was at a summer camp in the city, and sometimes AFI would come to visit us. But for some reason, whenever AFI came to visit, I suddenly went blind in my left eye, so I just kinda said hi to them with one eye open and one eye shut. Then I was visiting some art gallery, and I saw their picture again on a brochure, so I picked it up, turned it over and drew a skull on the back.
Sounds incoherent, but a dream's a dream.
