june 6th

i know there is a thread that some guy put stating reasons why afi would release their album on this date. but now that in light of davey saying the album would be released before their 1st warped date and the vnv nation guy saying the album would be released in june i think the album could very possibly be released on the 6th. it would be a tuesday and the only other tuesdays in the month before the warped date are the 13 and the 20th. so i think they would choose the day over the other 2 days(if they release it on a tuesday) because it would have some other significant meaning (6/6/6) also it would be about 2 months after the single is out and that would leave enough, but not too much time, for a video/pre album advertising. what do u guys think about it

How many other chances do you get to have an album released on a date that's 666? I think it'll be that date...

I think that sounds right on. I'd be somewhat surprised if that's not the date.

06/06/06 makes sense for a lot of reasons.

They may have changed the date to 06/13 though...we'll have to wait to hear if from them officially to know for sure...

I really don't have a preference. I'm actually kinda fed up with all this 6/6/6 bullshit. Everyone's so freaked out that the world is gonna end, or Manson's gonna kill himself. I really don't give a shit about what date it comes out on, just as long as it gets released SOON!

I always thought it was coming out the sunday after Easter, cuz I think someone said that was called 'Low Sunday' or something...it made sence to me. 6-6-06 makes sense too though...

I think they'll release it when it's ready and around bookings for album release show and to fit in with touring plans. Not for a date. But that's my opinion. We've known June for a while. The VNV news is not news.
