i went to bonnaroo this past weekend and it was amazing. it was my best experience yet at this festival and there was great music, art, and people everywhere. our neighbors were awesome and people in general were all good. it started on wednesday with a trip to the Blossom music center to see Radiohead, and then driving through the night to bonnaroo to see Radiohead again on friday. my friend actually saw them in Cinci on tuesday, then wed, then bonnaroo. at the roo we saw-

the beach boys (only saw a little bit of them before heading to ben folds)

highlights were radiohead and gza. gza had to be the best show at bonnaroo. it was awesome. the chili peppers were terrible. they sounded awful and their light show was too bright to look at. seriously, their lights were blindingly bright and aimed in the audience's face. suck. we saw bits of other bands and all kinds of great art everywhere. they have really improved this festival since i have been going to it and this year was simply great, and the weather was perfect. there were cool people everywhere and our neighbors were from Toronto and helped complete our trip. i am so happy i got to do this and with my best friend who had his first bonnaroo. hooray!
