That's tough. "When Fire Rains from the Sky" is easily their best, but most of their stuff is at least good. Everything has SOMETHING to offer, they just might not be the kind of band that you wanna drop $50+ dollars on.
If I had to pick 2 albums I would say Eschaton and When Fire Rains, but I haven't heard their 2007 release.
best Nathrakh disc is Codex Necro, followed by Eschaton.

For real? I figured "When Fire" is an album that suits you especially.
I just can't grasp how you could pass over that album for anything else by AN.

hmm. I love select Emperor releases but I can't say i go looking for them in other BM bands.
I dunno. I just would take "When Fire Rains" over the rest of AN's discography combined. It's just so brutal.
I'm listening to the new Warbringer album right now and so far it's great. Pretty solid thrash.
